Step 1: Prepare the molds
Prepare an perfect mold and clean it totally before operation .
＊Notes: Make sure your molds and operation tool cleaned up totally to avoid uncure problem .
Step 2: Mix part A and part B evenly
Take 100 G part A and 100 G part B and mix them evenly.
＊Notes: Addition cure mold making silicone rubber is two parts flowing liquid, Please follow the step strictly:
1. Weigh the two part exactly by electronic weight.
If any part not in exactly weight , it may cause changing of hardness , or even cause uncure problem.
2. Mix part A and part B evenly.
Otherwise the silicone rubber will be partly cured and this will give birth to difficulties in your final operation. What’s more, the finished molds will meet a short life. All of these will cause a waste of silicon rubber.
Step 3: Vacuum pumping
Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.
Step 4: Pouring casting
Clean your molds and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water )on your molds .Pouring the vacuumed mixture silicone on your molds.

2. Especially note that the silicone should not touch or mix with compounds including nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, lead or metal organic acid.
3. Addition cure Silicone RTV-2 is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product is not easy to burn which can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods.
4. The shelf life is 12months from the date of production.
It can be reused after reinspection when it exceeds the storage period.
It is a two-component platinum cure silicone rubber which can be cured at room temperature and also can be heat cured.It is colorless liquid and becomes soft elastic material after vulcanization.The silicone rubber is low viscosity and no toxic for insole pad casting
